About our Nursery 
Busy Bees Ealing 2A/2B The Grove, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 50 children and features warm and welcoming rooms thoughtfully designed to create a nurturing and inviting atmosphere where children can flourish and thrive. Our tailored approach caters to each child's unique needs and interests, encouraging them to learn, explore, and unleash their full potential. Thanks to our dedicated team, no two days are the same, as they carefully curate a variety of fun-filled activities that continuously stimulate young minds. The adventurous outdoor garden provides ample space for exploration, play, and imagination. Conveniently nestled in the heart of Ealing, our nursery offers a central and accessible location for families seeking early years education. With excellent transportation links nearby, parents can easily drop off and pick up their children; the M4 is just a five-minute drive away, Ealing Broadway Station is an eight-minute walk, and bus stops on Grange Road and Bond Street are just a short stroll away. Key Responsibilities



  • Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.

  • Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.

  • Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.

  • Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

What We’re Looking For:
  • Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
  • Experience working with children under 5.
  • Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
You may have previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
