About our Nursery 
Busy Bees Ashford Godinton, rated Good by Ofsted, is a beautiful purpose-built nursery located within the secure grounds of Godinton Primary School, accommodating 108 children. Our facility features six spacious and airy rooms, each tailored to specific age groups, complete with their own secure outdoor environments. We have a large, longstanding team dedicated to providing children with the best start in life and maintain a fabulous relationship with the local school. Conveniently situated in the Godinton estate, we have close links to the local bus service, with the nearest bus stop just two minutes away, and are a 30-minute walk from the town center. Additionally, we are well-connected to local rail links, the M20, A2, and other motorways. We offer free parking for staff and flexible working days, creating a supportive and accessible environment for educators.

  • Assist in preparing and delivering educational activities for children.

  • Support the team in maintaining a safe and nurturing environment.

  • Help children develop socially, emotionally, and physically through engaging play-based learning.

  • Ensure the welfare and safety of all children is maintained.

Ideal Candidate



  • No formal qualifications required, although prior experience in early years settings is beneficial.

  • A passion for working with children and supporting their development.

  • Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
