About our Nursery 
Join Busy Bees at our Northampton Spinney Hill nursery, where we have an Ofsted rating of Good and a capacity of 111 children. Our long-standing team is dedicated to providing high-quality care in an excellent location, conveniently situated next to Starbucks, McDonald's, and Morrisons. With a bus stop just a 2-minute walk away, you can reach the town center in only 15 minutes. We offer free lunches and free parking for our staff, as well as flexible working options. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children's development.


• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment.


• Take on the role of Key Person, fostering b partnerships with children and their families.


• Track and report on children's progress through observations and assessments.

• Level 2 qualification in early years education/childcare.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Empathy and understanding – each child is unique.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
